Our Mission
The Texas family court system is broken. Children are separated from loving parents based on fabricated evidence and judicial bias. CPS removes children based on algorithmic decisions that perpetuate inequality. Corruption goes unpunished.
Justice For Families exists to expose these realities, amplify the voices of families who've suffered through them, and create the evidence base that drives legislative reform.
We believe that meaningful change requires three things:
